The UPMMC held the 31st MATHirang MATHibay last February 18 and ASP is there to support this inter-high school mathematics contest. It is attended by students and teachers from several schools within the Metro Manila as well as from nearby regions and held in the University of the Philippines Diliman.
UPMMC is a student-based academic organization duly recognized by the Institute of Mathematics, College of Science, University of the Philippines Diliman. Since its establishment in 1974, the organization has been dedicated to scientific and intellectual pursuits, especially in the field of Mathematics. With the goals of promoting scholastic excellence in mathematics and giving service to the students, UPMMC has been holding several academic activities such as tutorials, math competitions, etc.
Participating in the event is a way to introduce our profession to the members of the organization and participants of the competition.
