The Society took part in presenting the 9th Annual Nationwide Search for the Math Wizard (for College students) held last February 23, 2019 and Little Math Wizard (for 5th and 6th graders) held last November 18, 2018. These mathematics competitions are organized by the UP Math Club. This sponsorship is one of the endeavors of the Society to further advance its mission to promote the actuarial profession in the country by helping to expose the youth to the essentials of field.
