The 3rdQuarter General Assembly Meeting of the ASP was held last August 16, 2019 at the Glass Pavilion of Dusit Thani Manila. Keeping in line with this quarter’s theme of “Shaping the Future”, our distinguished speaker Mr. Jallain Marcel Manrique, Partner and Head of IT Advisory in Risk Consulting at KPMG, discussed Robotic Process Automation, illustrating the role AI and robotics will play in tomorrow’s industry.
During the meeting, the EEC laid out its recommended requirements to comply with the Personal and Actuarial Professional Practice laid down in the 2017 IAA Education Syllabus. Also, the Society welcomed two new Fellows, Sherlyn Agulto of Troo and Eduard Jeremiah Catral of MBPS.
To cap the day off, the Engagement committee treated participants with a few exciting rounds of the Kahoot! Trivia Game.
