Reynaldo Gatcheco, or RD to those who know him, has been in the actuarial industry for almost five decades.

RD is currently an Actuarial Consultant. Prior to that, he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Philplans, Inc. He has also served as Senior Assistant Vice President and Actuary at Philippine American Life and General Insurance Company, as Vice President for Operations and Actuary at PhilamCare Health Systems, Inc. and as Senior Vice President of the Operations Group at Philamplans, Inc.

RD holds a Bachelor of Science degree, Major in Physics, from the University of the Philippines. He has also completed a Basic Management Program from the Asian Institute of Management. He is a Fellow of the Actuarial Society of the Philippines and of the Life Office Management Institute.
